1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
You may return your HBADA product within 30 days of receipt. Whether it's a matter of fit, comfort, or aesthetics, we are here to help you find the right solution.
2. Order Cancellation
- Before Shipping: If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, you will receive a full refund.
- After Shipping: If the order has already been shipped, it will be treated as a standard return (please refer to the "Standard Returns" section below).
3. Return Guidelines
A. Quality Issues & Damaged Items If your product arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact our support team immediately.
- Shipping Cost: HBADA covers 100% of the return shipping costs.
- Resolution: We will provide a free replacement, repair parts, or a full refund based on your preference.
B. Standard Returns (Change of Mind) If you decide to return the product for personal reasons (e.g., preference, size, or comfort):
- Return Shipping: We accept returns for "change of mind." Please note that customers are responsible for a portion of the return shipping costs.
- Convenience: To make the process easier, we can provide a discounted prepaid return label. The cost of this label will be deducted from your final refund amount.
4. Item Condition & Packaging Requirements
To ensure a successful refund process, items must be returned in their original condition.
- Original Packaging: We strongly recommend keeping the original box and packaging materials for at least 30 days. Returning the item in its original packaging ensures it is protected during transit and helps avoid additional fees.

Damaged or Missing Packaging: If the product is returned without original packaging, or if the product is damaged due to improper packaging by the customer, a restocking or damage fee may apply.
- Fee Cap: This fee will be calculated based on the loss of value but will not exceed 50% of the product's purchase price.
5. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you via email.
- Timeline: If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Method: The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
6. Warranty
Beyond the 30-day return window, your chair is protected by our Warranty Policy. We stand by the quality of our products and will replace defective parts at no cost to ensure your long-term comfort.
